Dialup and Dedicated ISDN Access
When
Should you use ISDN?
ISDN is the option available for when DSL or cable is in not available in your area and a T1 is more than you need. Please contact us if you have questions on which ISDN option is best for your needs.
The standard contract term in 612/763/952/651 service area is 12 months assuming ISDN qualification, which is required only for the network accounts. Recurring charges are billed quarterly. Other contract term lengths are available upon request.

Single User ISDN Service Includes:
- One fixed IP address for the routed accounts, one dynamically assigned IP address for the non-routed account.
- User is responsible for US West ISDN account installation and recurring charges.
- Up to 4 SMTP/POP3 mail accounts. Additional POP3 mail accounts are $5.00 each per month.
- 10MB for non-domain web page / ftp space / database. If used for web page, allows up to 10,000 hits per month.
- ADC Kentrox PaceSetter Pro router and all cabling. (Unless for 64K non-routed access).
- Onsite configuration and assistance with Infinity supplied routers. We generally can not guarantee success in assisting in configuring other routers.

Network ISDN Service Includes:
- Assistance with QWEST ISDN ordering and tariff issues.
- Where indicated we provide an unlimited use single analog dialup account for maintenance and technical support.
- Sufficient IP address space for your network. Additional charges for 128 contiguous IP addresses may apply.
- Availability of our high-speed cache ( proxy ) server to accelerate your browsing of the world wide web.
- 10 SMTP/POP3 mail accounts. Additional blocks of 10 POP3 mail accounts are available for $100 per year.
- Use of our VRMA Virtual Remote Mail Administration service if your email is configured to your domain(s).
- 10MB for non-domain web page / ftp space / database. If used for web page, allows up to 10,000 hits per month.
- UNIX (Sun Solaris) shell account.
- Use of our news server. We carry over 50,000 newsgroups and can help you in getting the most out of this resource.
- ADC Kentrox PaceSetter Pro router and all cabling. (If required)
If you are not certain if ISDN service is available at your location, give us a call and we will contact your local telephone carrier to confirm that facilities are available. This qualification can usually be done the same day requested. ISDN can take up to 45 days for circuit deployment. Please call us for current installation schedules for your location. Resale of access requires explicit approval and application of additional monthly recurring fees.
